And now, the glamorous socialite has the eastern suburbs rumour mill spinning after she was linked to a prominent Sydney lawyer.
Our spies tell us that Maria has been quietly dating Anthony Sissian, the founder of boutique Castlereagh St law firm Sissian & Associates.
Society gossips have been quick to point out that Anthony - like Maria's former flames - looks to be younger than her, though his exact age is unclear.
Maria and Anthony haven't posted any photos together on social media, nor have we seen them as a couple at public events.
But things seem to be going well, with the pair introducing one another to friends.

By the looks of things, Anthony likes to keep his personal life private.
By contrast, Maria is quite the social butterfly - she's a regular fixture at Sydney's most glamorous events and maintains an active presence on social media.
She has even featured in the press as the poster girl for a new cohort of eastern suburbs women who seem to be ageing in reverse.
What's more, she swears by dating younger men exclusively.
Maria told Daily Mail back in March that she prefers them because 'older men can't keep up and use their kids as an escape clause'.
'You know the type,' she said, rolling her eyes.
'One minute, everything's going great, the next, "Oh, sorry, my teenage daughter needs me to pick her up from a party across town. Gotta go!"'
